Terms and Conditions Español con Corazón

 

                                               

Please read the terms and conditions as listed below before signing the registration form.

This is a legal contract between both parties, yourself, the participant, and Español con Corazón.The General Conditions apply to every offer and agreement of Español con Corazón. Español con Corazón is a one-man company registered at the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam under the number 34366405.

Clicking on accept indicates that you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the contract.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL SPANISH LESSONS, WORKSHOPS AND ACTIVITIES

ENROLMENT AND PAYMENT

For full enrolment in any of the Spanish courses, activities or workshops offered by Español con Corazón the participants must fill out and submit an enrolment form to Español con Corazón.
The complete tuition fee has to be paid before the start of any Spanish course or workshop.

All prices are in EURO’s and are exempt from VAT. Español con Corazón cannot be held responsible for typos in the mentioned prices.

GENERAL

All participants must be at least 18 years old to participate in any Spanish course or workshop.
We accept bookings until one week before the course starts or until no places available.
Español con Corazón reserves the right to cancel or amend any subject or course if there are an insufficient number of participants enrolled. If this is the case, courses must be cancelled and the students will be reimbursed. Furthermore, the Spanish workshops offered by Español con Corazón may also be cancelled if they fail to attract a sufficient amount of participants interest. Again, if this occurs, your money will be reimbursed.
The prices published on this website are subject to changes made directly by Español con Corazón
No classes will be held on Dutch national, regional and local holidays. These days will not be made up for.
The participant can book a free intake of 45 minutes to get to know the tutor and ask any questions.

CANCELLATION

Participants who have already paid the full amount and who are unable to attend the course are subject to the following cancellation charges:
For cancellations made at least fifteen days prior to the beginning of the course: the Participant is entitled to a full refund of the course fee.
For cancellations made less than fifteen days prior to the beginning of the course: the Participant is entitled to a 50% refund of the course fee.
When the Agreement is cancelled by the Participant on a period of notice shorter than seven days, the Participant must pay 100% of the course fee.
The Participant’s inability to attend a lesson (or the entire course) is at the Participant’s risk. No refund will be given for cancellations received after the course starts.
Changes in the number of hours or length of course are normally not possible when the course has started.

CERTIFICATE

The Participant will receive a Certificate of Participation and Completion when he or she has successfully completed a Group Course or Workshop

LOCATION

Group Courses and Workshops take place at the location mentioned in the Agreement. Español con Corazón reserves the right to change the location of the Courses when necessary.
Private lessons take place on the time and date convenient to all participants and the tutor.

DAMAGES AND LIABILITY

Español con Corazón is not liable for damages or the loss of any property of the participants.
Español con Corazón cannot guarantee that the Course which the Participant is taking, is fit for the purposes of the Participant.

DISPUTES

The Agreement and these terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch Law.
Any disputes which may arise from the Agreement and/or these terms and conditions will be exclusively submitted to the competent judge at the court of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
